At Liquitex, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Items

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
